How to get access to your booked webinars

Thank you for your trust and your booking with us. To ensure that you can access your booked webinars smoothly, we would like to give you a brief overview of how access works - depending on the payment method you have chosen.

1. Access after successful booking

As soon as you have booked and paid for a webinar via our website, it will be activated for you in your personal customer area on our website.
Simply log in to our website with your access data and navigate to the "My webinars" section. There you will find an overview of all released content.

2. Different activation procedures depending on the payment method

  • Credit card payment
    If you pay by credit card, the webinar is automatically activated immediately after your payment. You can therefore start the webinar immediately - without any waiting time.

  • Payment in advance (bank transfer)
    If you have opted for a bank transfer, please be patient: the webinar will be activated manually as soon as the payment has been credited to our account. This may take 1-3 working days, depending on the bank processing time.

As soon as your payment has been received, you will receive a confirmation email from us and the webinar will be activated for you.

3. Technical note

Please make sure that you use the same e-mail address to log in that you used to book the webinar. This is the only way our systems can correctly allocate your access.
