For customers who did not buy the Hunter from us, we must first check whether the copy protection (dongle) is suitable for our systems. If the dongle is suitable, then you will also receive the download link for installing the new software, as is the case for our customers.

If it turns out that the copy protection does not match our software version, then we have to evaluate whether or not it is a so-called clone device.
